Equipment Listings
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment. Proxy Equipment reserves the right to remove listings that contain false or misleading information. All equipment must be legally owned by the seller.
Consignment Agreement
Equipment consigned through our platform is subject to a separate consignment agreement that outlines specific terms, fees, and responsibilities. This agreement will be provided before any equipment is listed for sale.
Purchases
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment before purchase. Shipping and delivery terms are determined on a per-transaction basis.
Limitation of Liability
Proxy Equipment acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the condition of equipment sold through our platform. All warranties, if any, are provided by the seller.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
